STUDENT RECITAL

The Ridgewood Conservatory is pleased to announce our Fall 2022 Sonata Recital!

Dates: Saturday, January 14th and Sunday, January 15th, 2023

Our Sonata Recital for the Fall 2022 semester will take place on-site in our Rose Recital Hall on Saturday, January 14th and Sunday, January 15th. It is a great opportunity for students to gain experience performing in front of a supportive audience, and to learn from our instructors (who will be performing as well).

Keep in mind that our Fall Sonata Recitals are less formal than our Spring Student Recitals in May. There are no tickets, programs, or fees, and the dress code is business casual: no jeans, sneakers, or sports uniforms.

Students will be assigned to one of our short recitals taking place on either Saturday, 1/14/2023 or Sunday 1/15/2023 – depending upon the availability of our instructors.

Non-pianists will again have the opportunity to work with a piano accompanist, and students receive a 10-minute complementary piano accompaniment rehearsal, to be scheduled during the week of January 9-13.

Masks may be worn at the discretion of attendees and performers, but are not required.
